Home Remedies For Red itchy Eyes:
Now we will see which effective home remedies are available to cure red itchy eyes, and how to use them at home.
1. Used Tea Bags:
The first home remedy is chilled used tea bags. We frequently used tea bags to make tea in our home. Then please do not throw the used tea bags. And keep them in a refrigerator and let them chilled fully.
And after being chilled, place these tea bags on eyelids and close your eyes and lie down for 10 to 12 minutes. Now remove these tea bags and wash the eyes with normal water. You can repeat this process for 2 to 3 times a day. This is very helpful in reducing redness in the eyes very effectively.
2. Cold Milk:
The next home remedy is cold milk cotton plugs. Take two fresh cotton plugs and dip them in chilled milk. Now squeeze them and put them on eyelids. Now close the eyes and lie down for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove these cotton plugs and wash the eyes with normal water. If you use this remedy for 2 to 3 times a day then, it also helps in reducing redness and itching of eyes very effectively.
3. Aloe Vera:
Take a small piece of aloe vera and get some juice out of it and keep it in a refrigerator for half an hour to be chilled. When it is fully chilled. Now take two fresh cotton plugs and dip them into this juice. Place these cotton plugs on eyelids. Close your eyes and lie down for 10 to 12 minutes. After 10 minutes remove these cotton plugs and wash your eyes with normal water.
This remedy is very effective in reducing redness and swelling in eyes.
4. Lavender oil :
Next home remedy is Lavender oil. Take 4 to 5 drops of Lavender oil and mix these in some coconut oil. Now take two fresh cotton plugs and dip them in this coconut oil. and put them on your eyelids. Now close your eyes and lie down for 10 to 12 minutes. After that remove these cotton plugs and wash your eyes with normal water.
It reduces the swelling in the eyes and also cures the sensitivity of eyes to light very effectively and, ease the problem of getting red eyes frequently.
5. Potato Slices:
The next home remedy is chilled potatoes slice. Take a Potato and make a few slices of it. Now put these slices in refrigerator for half an hour to be chilled. When these slices are fully chilled, place one slice on each ice. Now close the eyes and leave them for 10 to 12 minutes. This reduces the swelling in vessels of eyes very fast and effectively.
